TOUR Application procedures
01.Tour Inquiry / Contact
- Click the “Inquiry” button on each tour information page.
- Fill in the required information and submit.
- Once your inquiry is confirmed, you will receive an email from our staff.
02.Confirmation of Application Details
- We will confirm your selected tour details, dates, and other relevant information.
- Your application will then be accepted.
03.Deposit Payment
Once the tour details are confirmed, we will inform you of the total tour fee. You will be asked to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit. An invoice will be sent via WISE for payment. Once the deposit is confirmed, your reservation will be finalized and the tour contract will be concluded.
04.Payment of Remaining Tour Fee
Please pay the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) 60 days before the tour starts.
05.Guidebook / Travel Details
After full payment is received, we will send you a detailed tour guidebook for participants.
06.Conduct of Tour
Please gather at the designated starting location on the first day of the tour.
